HOW TO RETURN

You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return your purchase from whitestore.am free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

These are the options for returning your item(s):

You can return your order at any White store in the same market/region where you made the purchase.You only have to present the purchase receipt along with the items you wish to return. You can show it on the screen of your mobile device or print it out.

Remember that you do not need to make a return request via the website or the app for in-store returns. Bear in mind that if you cannot make it to a physical store yourself, you can allow someone else to go for you.
Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. 

For online orders a returns authorization number (RMA) must be obtained before any item is shipped back to us. Note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings. During the sales period, the purchase of discontinued items will be final. Therefore we will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges.

Please follow our 3 easy steps below:

  1. Obtain your Return Authorization Number:
    contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions.

  2. Package Your Order:
    Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Items returned must be in same quality as they were when sent to you. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

  3. Shipping & Insurance:
    Please use a trackable shipping method and ship your product to the address listed on the original packaging with your receipt. "RETURN FOR REFUND" must be clearly written on your receipt as well as the reason for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with.

 

EXCHANGES

The exchange option is not available for online purchases. Nevertheless, you can always return your order for FREE within the established return period and place another order.

 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfill certain criteria to be returned:

  • Swimwear: will not be able to return.
  • Underwear: underwear items may not be returned.
  • Accessories: will not be able to return.
  • Fragrances and candles: will not be able to return.
  • Watches: will not be able to return.
  • Cosmetics: will not be able to return.
  • Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.

 

REFUNDS

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
